1. Maintenance of air supply system of electric Screw press: once the air supply system leaks, the air pressure will inevitably decrease, which will lead to some poor pneumatic measures. Therefore, it is important to inspect and replace the seals and keep the air ducts in good condition. In addition, excessive moisture in the air can cause rust on the machine and result in poor performance of the solenoid valves and the pistons of each cylinder. Therefore, attention should be paid to installing dehydration equipment at the initial end of the gas supply pipe and always checking for protection.

2. Maintenance of the oil feeding equipment of the electric Screw press: the relative rotation and sliding parts of the press are short of oil, which will lead to equipment failure, so the lubrication system should always be carefully checked. Firstly, check whether the oil tank, oil pool, oil cup, pump, etc. have sufficient oil volume and whether there is dirt; Secondly, check for oil leakage at the fuel filler, oil pipe, and joints. If there is an oil leak, please replace the seal immediately.

3. Maintenance of electric screw pressure mechanism brake: the brake adopts air break brake safety protection. Pay attention to adjusting the compression length of the brake spring to ensure that the spring pressure can compress the flywheel without slipping when the air is cut off. And ensure that the cylinder can open the brake when the air pressure is greater than 0.5 MPa, and replace the brake friction plate in a timely manner if the thickness is less than 10mm.

4. Maintenance of tension bolt of electric Screw press: the tension bolt will become loose if it is overloaded for a long time. It is very dangerous to operate the press when the tensioning bolts become loose. The tensioning rod bolt needs to be pre tightened with a dedicated pre tightening tool and should be repaired by the manufacturer's professional personnel.

5. Correction of other loose bolts of the electric Screw press: regularly check the equipment bolts of the auxiliary equipment, and tighten them immediately if they are loose.

6. Regularly inspect and repair the transmission system, electrical system, and various auxiliary equipment. Routine inspection is an important component of regular maintenance and protection. Before daily operations, during startup and processing, and after operations, corresponding inspections are carried out to promptly address any issues found.

7. Timing accuracy inspection: with the passage of time, the accuracy of the electric Screw press is also declining. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the accuracy and recover it as soon as possible if there is a decrease in accuracy, in order to avoid affecting the accuracy of stamped products
