Successful development of large-scale die forging press of 10,000 tons fills the gaps in domestic technology

Successful development of heavy equipment such as 80,000 tons large die forging press and 10,000 tons aluminium sheet tension stretcher fills the technical gap of integral forming of large key parts in domestic aviation field; complete welding equipment of large fuel tank is successfully used in the development of new generation launch vehicle such as Long March 5, and the first demonstration of using domestic processing center and CNC turning center in aerospace field has been established. Fan production line has been applied to the processing of more than 100 kinds of key complex parts such as new generation launch vehicle and lunar exploration project, and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. The industrialization of NC forging equipment has achieved remarkable results. Among them, the high-efficiency automatic stamping production line for large automotive panels has reached the international leading level, with the domestic market share exceeding 70% and the global market share exceeding 30%.

 

The "aircraft carrier" of China's machine tool and equipment industry has been on trial. In time, the "giant ship" of China's machine tool and equipment industry will fight against the tide of globalization of the world economy.
